Do I need CAD files?
No. Upload your existing PDF assembly manual. If you have CAD (GLB/STEP), we use it for exact 3D.
How long does it take to publish a product?
Minutes to build, then your review. Most manuals are live the same day.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They scan a QR code or open a link in the browser.
What happens to my guides if I cancel?
They stay readable at their existing links. You can’t publish new products until you resubscribe.
Which languages?
Multi-language: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Hebrew and more.
Is annual billing required?
No. Pro and Enterprise are available month-to-month at the higher rate; annual saves 25%.
Can you build the guides for us?
Yes. Upload the manual and we build and check the guide for you: 200 credits per step. A 3-year agreement includes the first products built by us.
What is an AI credit?
One currency for everything the AI does. 1 credit = $0.05 at list; a standard step = 30 credits, about $1.05–1.50 depending on the pack.
What uses credits?
Building a step: 30 credits (40 for a complex step). Updating a step after a manual change: 15 (20 for a complex step). A step built for you by our team: 200. An assistant answer: 1. A photo check by the assistant: 3. A support hand-off: 2. Opening guides, the steps, translations and analytics never use credits. Example: a 40-step product ≈ 1,200 credits to build ($42–60). Monthly credits reset on the 1st; packs last 12 months.
What happens when credits run out?
Guides keep working. The assistant hands questions to your support team, and new builds wait until you add credits.
