What we need
- The PDF assembly manual (required)
- The product’s 3D file: STEP or GLB: if you have it. Without it we will tell you what we need before we start.
Your files stay private
- Files are kept in private storage: there is no public link to them.
- Only our build team can open them, through links that expire after 10 minutes.
- They are used only to build your sample, never shared or published.
